Good Morning, Sheboygan! The National Weather Service has issued a FLOOD WATCH for our area until noon today. A flash flood watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Rainfall will continue throughout this morning, including heavy rainfall with rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour.
