Suspicious male 
On 09/09/14 at 6:40 pm a white male about 45 years of age 6'0" 175 lbs with reddish/blonde hair wearing an orange shirt was seen looking over the guardrail at Elevator and I-90 holding a rifle. The male threw the rifle into the back of his black full size truck with unknown registration and left the area East bound on Elevator Road.
A white female about 45 years of age was also in the truck. She had short brown curly hair and was wearing a pink, white and green dress.
