On Monday, September 8, 2014, at about 1:00 p.m., South Pasadena PD responded to Garfield Park, 800 Park Ave., on a report of a suspicious male taking photos in the park. Contacted was Randy Allen Wolf, who was determined to be a required sex registrant per PC 290. Wolf, a 37 year old Los Angeles resident, was subsequently arrested for a violation of South Pasadena Municipal Code 20E-1, a sex registrant loitering in a child safety zone. No photos of children were found on his cell phone. Information on Wolf and his offense can be found on the Megan's Law public website.
