4 injured in roll over


Sheriff Joseph M. Underwood Jr. Reports that on 9/5/14 at about 2033 hours his office was called to La Grange Township to investigate a personal injury crash that occurred on Pokagon Hwy near Old Mill Road. 19 yr old Mishawaka resident, Dustin Luse, was East Bound on Pokagon Hwy, when he lost control of his vehicle, ran off the roadway and overturned. Mr. Luse was not injured however his passengers, 17 yr old Rebecca Davies of Cassopolis, 17 yr old Jennifer Tobias of Dowagiac, 16 yr old Linnsey Davis of Cassopolis, and 17 yr old Kenneth Horner III of Niles were all transported to Borgess Lee Hospital in Dowagiac for treatment of minor injuries. Seat Belts and alcohol is not believed to be a factor. This case remains under investigation

Assisting were Michigan State Police, Cass Area Fire Department, Edwardsburg Ambulance and Life Care Ambulance.
