On September 05,2014, the US Marshal's apprehended Todd Nicholas Welch in Miami Florida. Mr. Welch was wanted by the Clayton County Sheriff's Office for Murder,Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Assault, and a Violation of Probation charge. All charges stemmed from an incident which occurred August 21,2014, Radford Dr. in Riverdale. During the apprehension Yakia Lewis Mr. Welch's girlfriend was also arrested for a Violation of Probation warrant by this agency. Sheriff Victor Hill.
