Power outage in eastern Chula Vista 
An unplanned power outage has occured in eastern Chula Vista affecting 3600 homes including parts of EastLake, Rancho del Rey, Sunnyside, Otay Mesa, Otay Lake and Otay reservoir.
SDG&E is working on the issue and hope to restore power by 1 p.m.
