Motor Vehicle Accident
Shore Rd and Dr Ruppert Drive 
On September 5th, 2014 at approximately 9am, Harry DellaPietro (50 yrs old) of Pleasantville was struck by a gray colored vehicle, possible a Toyota or Mitsubishi, on the corner of Shore Rd and Dr Ruppert. Mr DellaPietro was walking on the sidewalk towards the bus stop, when the accused vehicle made a right hand turn off Shore Rd (North) to head East on Dr Ruppert Drive towards Route 30. Mr DellaPietro explained that the vehicle jumped the curb and struck him in the arm with its passenger side mirror. The impact forced him to the ground injuring his arm and head.
