On Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 4:15 AM, Oakland Police officers met with a citizen who told them that he had just seen one of the men who had robbed and carjacked him a week earlier. The victim directed officers to 55th Avenue and International Boulevard. The officers arrested the suspect and recovered an illegally possessed, loaded firearm.
