Synopsis: Two HMA's where in a physical altercation. The suspect produced a pocket knife and stabbed the victim in the stomach. The victim was uncooperative and fled on his bicycle when police arrived. While fleeing, the victim collided with two police cruisers and a civilians car. He had suffered a non life threatening stab wound to the stomach. The suspect was taken into custody without incident when the officers first arrived at the scene.
