Synopsis:
On Thursday, August 28, 2014, at approximately 11:30pm, a lone adult female was walking in the west alley of 3900 Idaho Street when she was attacked from behind. She was knocked to the ground and punched in the face. Several witnesses heard the female screaming and came to her aid. The suspect fled northbound in the alley towards an unknown location. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’6-6’0, normal build wearing a red shirt and dark pants.
The Sex Crimes Unit is currently working to determine if this case is related to the other assault cases in North Park.
