EPD Headquarters lobby available for completion of on-line purchases..Keep it safe..Keep it Legal 
Evansville Police are inviting the public to use the lobby at Police Headquarters to complete the purchase of on-line items.
Anyone who wants to meet the seller face to face to complete a purchase is encouraged to arrange the exchange in our lobby.
This will provide a safe environment and discourage scammers from taking advantage of the buyers.
The lobby is located in the Civic Center Complex at 15 NW MLK BLVD. We are open to the public on Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm. The lobby is closed on National Holidays.
You do not need an appointment to use the lobby. Please keep in mind that all transactions are a civil issue between the buyer and seller. While we will not play an active role in these transactions, we can check vehicles to ensure they are not stolen. There is a $5 fee for that service.
