Drug Investigation Results in Six Arrests on 15 Charges

Fulton County – Last night, a two week criminal investigation by Indiana State Police Senior Trooper Mike Lorona and Trooper Wendell Beachy culminated in the arrests of six Fulton County residents on eight felony and seven misdemeanor charges.

Last night, officers from the Indiana State Police, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department, and the Rochester Police Department simultaneously executed search warrants on three Rochester homes located at 1124 Bancroft Street, 317 West 11th Street, and 4729 Camp Shahola Drive.

During searches at the various locations, officers allegedly found methamphetamine, a methamphetamine lab, chemical drug precursors, and various items of drug paraphernalia. Six people were arrested on various drug related charges and incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail.

Suspects:
1. Judilynn Ladsen, 56, 1124 Bancroft, four felony charges for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of an illegal drug lab, maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of methamphetamine. She also faces a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.

2. Charla Richard, 38, 4729 Camp Shohola Drive, a felony charge for possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.

3. Matthew Simons, 36, 4729 Camp Shohola Drive, a felony charge for possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor charges for possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting law enforcement.

4. Beth Bahney, 41, 317 W. 11th Street, a felony charge for possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count for possession of drug paraphernalia.

5. Justin Gerald, 26, 317 W. 11th Street, warrant for probation violation and a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug precursors.

6. Shane Simons, 42, 4729 Camp Shohola, a felony charge for possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.

All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
