Clayton County Law Enforcement personnel are seeking to apprehend extremely dangerous fugitives;Todd Nicholas Welch, B/M, 6'03, 190lbs, 24-years old & an unidentified B/M described as tall slender build, facial freckles, long hair and multiple tattoos in reference to a murder and aggravated assault. The incident took place on Radford Dr. in Riverdale. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Welch or the identity of the second subject should call 9-1-1.
