Theft of UPS package 
On 8-19-14 at about 2am a White or Hispanic male adult, about 20 years old, dark hair, light facial hair with tattoo's on his right back shoulder, right bicep (band type), and right calf stole a UPS package off a porch in the area of Arrow Hwy and Laurel Ave. The package contained a physiology and critical thinking textbook. A surveillance camera recorded the suspect.
