INDIANAPOLIS - Detectives have located Mr. Jeffery Seals and he is safe.  He will be transported to a hospital for evaluation as a precautionary measure.  Detectives again would like to thank the community for their assistance with information.

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Missing Person Detectives are searching for 30-year-old Jeffery Seals who is considered an endangered missing person. 

Jeffery is described as a white, male, 5 foot 8 inches, approximately 180 lbs, wearing a gray caterpillar shirt, brown work boots and jeans.  Mr. Seals is likely bleeding from the face from a self-inflicted wound with a sharp instrument.
