INDIANAPOLIS - Detectives have been notified that Mr. Barner was located in California and he is safe.  The detectives would like to thank the community for all their assistance.

INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Missing Person Detectives are searching for 22-year-old Lawrence Barner who has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old. 

Mr. Barner was last seen on Friday, August 23, 2014 in the 1200 block of E. 38th Street (State Fairgrounds) at approximately 7 a.m. where he is an employee.   Mr. Barner is described as a black male, 6 foot 5 inches tall, approximately 225 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.
