Repairs are continuing with the water system. It is NOT necessary to boil water. Repairs may result in temporary discolored water, which can be resolved by waiting at least one hour then running the cold-water tap in the lowest sink in the house for 1-3 minutes. If still not clear, repeat in another hour. Do not run hot water until cold water is running clear.

Damage to the Lyndon and Inkster fire hydrant and subsequent related water issues have been resolved.
