On Saturday, August 23, 2014, at approximately 10:00 PM two children were kidnapped from a location in Douglas County. The perpetrator is an unknown black male approximately 36 years old. The two children are described as a 1 year old black male and a 3 year old black female. The perpetrator is known to be operating a 2012 White Chrysler 4 door 200. The tag number for this vehicle is PNK7641. Please be on the lookout for this vehicle and this subject.
