Armed Robbery
On August 21, 2014 at about 8:00 PM Janesville Police responded to a report of a robbery. The victims reported they were in the residence at 202 S. Academy St. The suspects knocked on the door and when the victim answered the suspects pointed a gun at them and took their money.
The suspects then fled the area in a black car.
The victims knew the suspect as Jerard A. Edwards, age 21. He is described as a male, black, 5’ 11”, 180 lbs. The two other suspects are described as male, black, wearing white T-shirts and black baseball caps and sunglasses.
