Andres Jerezano (described as a Hispanic Male adult, 5-8, 140, black hair and brown eyes) was last seen on 8-17-2014, at about 2pm, by his cousin in the 2100 block of North Shore in the City of Chua Vista.
Andres may become disoriented without his medication and has wandered off in the past. Andres is believed to be on foot and without access to a vehicle.
