The Indiana State Police is accepting applications for Regional Dispatcher positions at the Lowell Post to staff the Regional Dispatch Center, which dispatches troopers in the Lafayette and Lowell Districts.
Successful applicants must be able to receive, record, disseminate, and accurately dispatch information to police personnel, other law enforcement agencies, and other support services.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Two years of public safety communications experience, ability to type thirty words per minute, and emergency medical technician certification are preferred.
Pay starts at $30,082 per year.
