MARIETTA POLICE HONORED BY WINNING THE NATIONAL SUNGARD SOCIAL MEDIA IMPACT AWARD
The Marietta Police Department, along with police agencies from across the nation, submitted entries in an effort to win the Sungard Social Media Impact Award. The Marietta Police Department was chosen as one of 5 finalists and attended the Sungard National Conference in Greensboro, North Carolina to present their submission to the conference attendees.
On Thursday, August 21, 2014 the Marietta Police Department was selected as the winner for this prestigious award. The criteria for the award is listed below:
