Several areas of small flooding & power outages.We ask that everyone stay in their homes & give Emerg. Personnel time to assess situation 
2014 Aug 2 - I am out assessing the situation with the police department and DPW. We have several areas of small flooding as well as power out in isolated areas. The best we ask is that everyone say in their homes. Small areas of water in a street can be deceiving and could cause your vehicle to bog down and flood. Please five our emergency personnel and O&R the opportunity to assess the situation as the rain and wind is subsiding.
