November 2013, Munoz-Torres was arrested for Conspiracy to deal cocaine (A-felony) and marijuana (D-felony), possession of cocaine (C-felony), maintaining common nuisance (D-felony).
August 2014, Munoz-Torres failed to show for trial and a warrant was issued. Munoz-Torres was found guilty of the above charges.
