Arrest for 6th Offense OWI in Janesville 
On 8/20/2014 at 4:30 p.m. Officer Jason Bier noticed a green Buick Regal make a wide turn nearly striking a curb. That same vehicle overcorrected and crossed the centerline. When Officer Bier made a traffic stop the driver ran over a curb and nearly struck a parked car. He made contact with the driver, Bluhm, who had an open can of beer in the center console and admitted drinking. Bluhm also admitted to smoking marijuana about 20 minutes earlier. Field sobriety test were given and Bluhm was found to be impaired. A check of his driving record showed him to be revoked and having 5 prior OWI convictions.
A blood sample was taken and the results of that test are pending. Bluhm was taken to the Rock County Jail where he remains in custody until his court appearance.
