Scott Chandler, City Engineer for the City of Jackson, has authorized the temporary road closure, of two- lanes on Rhea Street at E. Chester Street on, Saturday, August 23, 2014, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., for the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church event. This event is their annual event with fire trucks and police cars.
