Heroin Arrest

NARRATIVE:
On 8/20/14 at approximately 1:39 am, Officer Kyle Kane was on patrol when he observed a vehicle being operated by Anthony Dalia that had a defective license plate light. Upon stopping Mr. Dalia it was determined that Mr. Dalia was in possession of five bags of heroin and a hypodermic syringe.
Ms. Dalia was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle as well as a motor vehicle summons for a defective light. He was released on a complaint summons to appear at a future court hearing.
