Heroin Arrest

ACCUSED: Phillip Wilton age 36 Spring Lake, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On 8/15/14 at approximately 2:21 am, Officer Randy Slawsky was on patrol when he observed an occupied, suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of 1900 State Highway 35. An investigation by Officer Slawsky revealed that the passenger of the vehicle, Phillip Wilton, was in possession of 28 bags of Heroin, Alprazolam, and a hypodermic syringe as well as exhibiting signs that he was under the influence of Heroin. As a concern for Mr. Wilton’s well being, Officer Slawsky transported Mr. Wilton to an area hospital for medical treatment.
Mr. Wilton was charged with possession of Heroin, possession of Alprazolam, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. Mr. Wilton was released at the hospital on a complaint summons to appear at a future court hearing.
