Shoplifting Arrest

ACCUSED: Shannon LaBella age 32 Toms River, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On 8/18/14 at approximately 2:56 pm, Officer Daniel Weber from the Township of Ocean Police Department responded to the Target Greatland Store in reference to a fraudulent return that had just taken place. An investigation revealed that Ms. LaBella had been observed entering the store, placing items into an empty cart and attempting to return those items for cash. Further investigation revealed that Ms. LaBella had committed a similar crime at Target on 8/14/14.
Ms. LaBella was charged with two counts of shoplifting and released on a complaint summons to appear at a future court hearing.
