Incidents 338 Reports 38

 

#011 Possession of Methamphetamine 

Officer Hernandez stopped an adult male on Roberts Ave.  During a search Officer Hernandez located a small amount of methamphetamine.  The adult male was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. 

 

#031 Possession of Methamphetamine

Officer Hernandez made a pedestrian stop on a 47 year old adult male on Fremont Blvd. near Peralta Blvd. and arrested him for possession of methamphetamine.

 

#033 DUI Arrest

Officer Gourley was dispatched to a report of a violation of a court order on Peralta Blvd.  Before Ofc. Gourley arrived on scene, the suspect drove off.  Ofc. Gourley subsequently found the 30 year old adult male and arrested him for driving under the influence of alcohol. 

 

#037 Warrant Arrest

Det. Gaches was dispatched to a suspicious person call near Edison Way.  He contacted a 54 year old adult male and arrested him for three outstanding warrants.

 

#039 Warrant Arrest

Ofc. Johnson was dispatched to a welfare check at the Fremont Hub.  She contacted a 58 year old adult male and arrested him for his outstanding warrants.

 

#038 Residential Burglary

Residential burglary on Brookmill Ct.  Case investigated by Officer Luevano.

 

#040 Possession of Methamphetamine 

At approximately 10:50 p.m. Ofc. Hartman was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle at the Walmart on Osgood.  Ofc. Hartman contacted a 33 year old adult male and arrested him for possession of suspected methamphetamine.

 

#002 Possession of a Switchblade Arrest

Ofc. Luevano contacted two subjects sitting in a vehicle at the Pathfinder Village parking lot.  One of the occupants, a 19 year old adult male, was contacted and arrested for possession of a switchblade.

 

#005 DUI Arrest

At approximately 5:05 a.m. officers responded to the area of Mowry and Thane to contact the driver of a vehicle that had pulled up to a construction site and was possibly intoxicated.  Ofc. N. Johnson ultimately contacted and arrested the 33 year old adult male driver for suspected DUI.

#012 Driving without a License

Officer Malcomson stopped a vehicle driven by an adult male who did not have a driver’s license so his vehicle was towed and he was cited for driving w/o a license.

 

#017 Driving with a Suspended License

Officer Greg Oliveira and Officer Newton Dodson stopped an adult male and learned that his his driver’s license had been suspended. The adult male was subsequently cited and his vehicle was towed.

 

#029 DUI Arrest

Ofc. Wilson conducted a traffic stop on Auto Mall Parkway.  Ofc. Wilson determined that the the female driver had been driving under the influence of alcohol and arrested her for same. 

 

#027 Public Drunkenness

Ofc. Leopardi was detailed to the area of Thornton Ave and Contra Costa Ave for a subject who was reportedly on the ground.  Upon arriving, officers located an adult male who had passed out from being extremely intoxicated.  Officer Leopardi determined that the male was too intoxicated to care for his own safety and was taken into custody.

 

#002 Petty Theft

Ofc. Hartman was detailed to the area of Decoto Rd. and Fremont Blvd. for the theft of an iPad that had just occurred.  Witnesses attempted to follow the suspects, but lost them in the area of Fremont and Ferry.  Officers responded to the area, but were unable to locate the subjects. 

 

#005 Hit and Run with Drunk Driving

Ofc. Chahouati was detailed to the area of Farwell and Cleveland Pl. regarding a hit and run collision.  The suspect vehicle fled, but stalled shortly after, due to the damage.  The suspect fled on foot.  Officers responded to the area and located the male driver who was intoxicated and admitted to the collision.  The man was arrested for hit and run and drunk driving.

 

#006 and 008 Public Drunkenness

Ofc. Taylor is detailed to Denny’s on Mowry for a subject passed out in the bushes.  The adult male was so intoxicated that he was sent to the hospital, via ambulance for treatment.  On his way there, the male decided to jump out of the ambulance and attempted to flee.  The adult male was detained again and eventually taken to jail for public intoxication.

#018  Warrant Arrest

Ofc J. Martinez conducted a vehicle stop and arrested the driver, a 47 year old adult male, for an outstanding warrant.

 

#020 Public Intoxication Arrest

Ofc Oliveira arrested a 46 year old adult male for being drunk in public at Bronco Billy’s in Niles.

 

Under the Influence Arrest

Officer Oliveria responded to the 42900 block of Fremont Blvd on the report of a domestic disturbance.  After speaking with the involved parties, he determined that a 34 year old adult male was under the influence of a controlled substance.

 

Warrant Arrest 

Officers responded to the Southlake Mobile Home Park on the report of a woman digging in the dirt near Winnipeg.  Officers Meredith and Roberts stopped a 41 year old adult female and arrested her for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.  

 

Officer Hartman made two DUI arrests:

#045: a 55 year old adult male out of Fremont.

#001: a 33 year old adult male out of Fremont.

 

#002 DUI Arrest

Officer Taylor arrested a 26 year old adult male out of San Jose for DUI.
