29 year old Petaluma woman arretsed for possession of drug paraphenalia and a controlled substance.

OCCURRED DATE AND TIME: August 18, 2014 at 2:00 PM.
INCIDENT: Possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
LOCATION: 700 block of Carlin Ct., Petaluma.
INVOLVED: Nicole Cutrufelli, 29 year old female from Petaluma.
SUMMARY: On the listed date and time Petaluma Officers conducted a probation search of a residence in the 700 block of Carlin Ct. in the city of Petaluma. The probationer was not home however officers were able to conduct a search of the common areas of the house based on the knowledge the probationer lived at the residence. Nicole Cutrufelli who lives at the residence was at home during the search. Her bedroom door was open and inside her room in plain view on her bed was a piece of tin foil with burn marks and a partially melted oxycodone tablet on the tin foil. Also seen on the bed was a clear glass pipe which was used for smoking the oxycodone. Also located in Cutrufelli’s room were various prescription medications which she did not have a valid prescription for. Cutrufelli was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of prescription medications without a valid prescription. She was booked into county jail on $10,000 bail.
