On 08/13/2014 at 0002 hrs the pictured subject robbed the Citgo Gas Station at 3034 Rte. 73 North in Maple Shade and made off with a small amount of cash. The attendant was not hurt. The robber is described as a black male, 6'00", thin build, wearing a black ski mask, dark colored shirt, and shorts. The robber was armed with what appeared to be a sawed off shotgun. The robber approached on foot from the rear of the station and fled in the same direction. An attempt to track the robber with assistance from a K9 officer from Evesham PD was negative.

The Maple Shade Police Department is seeking any witnesses or anyone that has any information about this robbery. If you were on Route 73 around the time of the crime and saw any suspicious persons walking or sitting in a car, or possible a suspicious person at another gas station in the area just before this happened, please call Maple Shade Police at 856-234-8300 and reference case 2014-12198.
