On Friday 08-08-2014 at approximately 11:46pm, deputies with Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office responded to a fight call at 1818 Dark Corner Road.
When deputies arrived on scene, they located two male victims Justin Robbins and Barry Robbins.
Both victims had what appeared to be injuries to their head and face.
The victims were first transported to Rutherford Regional and then transferred to CMC in Charlotte.
Suspects were quickly identified and taken into custody.
Arrested were:
Dusty Ray Hipp, 29, of 3791 Hudlow Road Rutherfordton, was charged to (1) count AWDW SERIOUS INJURY and (1) count ASSAULT AND BATTERY. Hipp’s bond was set at $85,000.00 secured.
Robert Benjamin Parker, 35, of 207 Emerald Hill Drive Forest City, was charged with (2) counts AWDW SERIOUS INJURY. Parker’s bond was set at $100,000.00 secured.
Justin and Barry were treated at CMC in Charlotte and have been released from the hospital.

Also arrested at this address was Brandon Greene who had outstanding warrants for COMMUNICATING THREATS, INJURY TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, and SECOND DEGREE TRESPASS. Greene received an $8,000.00 unsecured bond.
