On Saturday August 9th at approximately 10:20pm, officers were checking several addresses for a local fugitive. Officers were attempting to locate an individual that had numerous outstanding felony warrants. After not having any luck in locating the suspect, officers spotted up on an address waiting to see if he returned to the area. Short time later, officers observed a vehicle that matched the description of a known vehicle the suspect drives at Westhaven and Duncan. Officers stopped the vehicle that was being driven by a B/F. The suspect was found crouching down in the front passenger seat area of the vehicle. The suspect was removed and taken into custody. He is identified as Ryan Andrew Guzman H/M 24. Guzman was arrested on the following charges; Felony warrant for Dangerous Drugs; Felony warrant for Debit/Credit Card Abuse; Felony warrant for Evading arrest/detention in a motor vehicle; Felony warrant UUMV (Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle); Misdemeanor charge of Burglary of a Vehicle. Guzman also had 2 outstanding municipal court warrants. In addition Guzman was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Guzman was booked into the Randall County Jail.
