High Risk Operations Scene Over 
HARRIS COUNTY, TX - A suspect is in custody and a 2 year-old toddler he's accused of kidnapping is OK, putting and end to a negotiation scene this morning in northwest Harris County.
Additional information will come from DPS and HCSO PIO at the scene.
ORIGINAL MESSAGE: The Harris County Sheriff’s Office High Risk Operations Unit was activated to respond to a scene at State Highway 249 @ Spring Cypress in Harris County, Texas.
For security and safety purposes, members of the media are asked to stage at the Northwest corner of the active scene near the Ross Department Store.
Deputy Thomas Gilliland will provide an official statement as information becomes available.
