Suspects Rob Torrance 7-Eleven

On Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 2:39 AM, Suspect-1 entered the 7-ELEVEN at 20511 Western Ave, where the lone employee was working.  Suspect-1 displayed a handgun and demanded money from the cash registers. Suspect-1 ordered the victim, who had been stocking shelves, to run to the register.  Suspect-1 demanded the money from both registers as well as the reserve shelf behind the counter.  Suspect-1 then ordered the victim to open the safe behind the counter, but fled when he was told only the owner had access to the safe.  Suspect-1 was last seen running eastbound across Western Ave toward 206th St and out of sight.

Ten minutes before the robbery, another Hispanic male (believed to be an accomplice) was inside the store acting suspiciously.  When asked what he was doing, Suspect-2 said he was waiting for a friend and waiting for coffee.  He repeatedly looked at the front windows and when he got his coffee, he exited the store and stood outside of the front entrance before being told to leave or the police would be called.  Suspect-2 left on a skateboard in a northeast direction on Western and less than four minutes later, Suspect-1 entered the store.
