Burglary Suspect Arrested 
On August 5th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Morgan Hill Officers responded to an in progress burglary at the 18000 block of Murphy Springs Dr. The suspect was still inside the house as officers arrived. Morgan Hill Officers made entry into the residence and with K-9 Sony's assistance, he convinced Suspect Loran Green-Silveira, 25, out of Morgan Hill to self surrender. Suspect Green-Silveira was on probation. Officers located multiple items of stolen property from both Morgan Hill and Gilroy burglaries. Suspect Green-Silveira was later booked in the Santa Clara County Jail for possession of stolen property, violation of probation and trespassing.
“This is a good reminder to our community members to make a list of your valuables, such as TV, DVD players, stereos, computers, and jewelry. Take pictures of the items, list their serial numbers and description. This will help police if your home is burglarized. “
