Suspect apprehended in shooting 
On July 29th, 2014 at 8:00 pm Morgan Hill Officers responded to the 15000 block of La Alameda on a report of a single gunshot victim in the street. As Officers arrived they located the victim who had a gunshot wound to the stomach. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. An extensive canvass of the area was done to collect all the evidence and during the investigation Detectives learned of a possible subject in the case.
On August 4th, Morgan Hill Officers with the assistance of Alameda County Probation apprehended Robert Johnson 24, out of Oakland. Suspect Robert Johnson was booked for the attempted homicide and robbery.
