OSBI Assistant Agent in Charge Gary Perkinson has called out (challenged) OSBI PIO Jessica Brown to either have a bucket of cold water thrown on top her or pay $100 to the Officer Down Foundation. The water challenge will take place today at 5pm in the OSBI HQ parking lot. Here's the twist -- Jessica challenges YOU to actually throw the water. The person with the largest donation to the Officer Down Foundation wins. Who has the courage?
