Full Notification

The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Rosa Esmeralda Reyes has been classified as an “Aggravated” Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender, classified as “Aggravated” or “Habitual” moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction is required by state statute to notify the citizens of that neighborhood.

Rosa Reyes was convicted of Second Degree Rape on April 12, 2005 in Watonga, Blaine County, Oklahoma. Rosa is not wanted for any crimes and she has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.

Rosa is a white female, Date of Birth October 4, 1983. She is 5’8”, 175 lbs., brown hair and green eyes. She is currently residing at 338 E. Cottonwood, Enid, Oklahoma.
