Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station, Bluff Park, Malibu

Nature of incident:  Safety Alert

Location: Bluff Park, Malibu (24250 Pacific Coast Highway)

Narrative:

The suspect located near Bluff Park has been taken into custody.  Eastbound  PCH traffic is being diverted to Malibu Road.  One westbound lane of PCH traffic remains open.  It is unknown when PCH will be open.

Malibu Canyon Road between Crosscrekk and PCH is closed.  PCH is open, expect delays in the area.

Nature of Incident:Safety Advisory
Location:  Bluff Park, Malibu

Narrative:

LAPD was in pursuit of a kidnapping suspect.  The pursuit ended at Bluff Park, Malibu.  The suspect is contained on the hillside below Bluff Park.  Avoid the area if possible.  PCH is closed in both directions.  Expect traffic congestion on PCH.
