CAL FIRE reports the Wildcat Fire near Barona Casino has been fully contained. The fire burned about 25 acres. No one was hurt.
A short time ago, the CHP reopened Wildcat Canyon Road to traffic.

The only road closure in effect at this time is along Wildcat Canyon Road between the 6.5 mile marker and the 9.5 mile marker. We ask for your patience during this time, as fire crews work to put out the flames and make the area safe for everyone.
