BOLO Armed robbery Bandana Bandit hitting in the San Fernando Valley. 
Over the past month the San Fernando Valley has experienced a series of similar (secured) underground parking garage armed robberies, possibly by the same suspect. The suspect is described as a male black 19-22 years old, black hair, brown eyes, 5’9-5’10 in height, 160-170 pounds. The suspect has been described as wearing dark clothing and a bandana over his face. He also has been seen wearing a beanie or a dark baseball cap and light colored tennis shoes.
He approaches the victims after they have exited their vehicle in the parking garage, points a handgun at them and demands property. These crimes usually occur in hours of darkness, late night-early morning.
