OSBI Offers Reward in Adair Co. Murder Case 
The OSBI is offering a $5,000.00 reward for information regarding the whereabouts leading to the arrest AND conviction of JAMES DOUGLAS MANKEN, WM, D.O.B. 04/15/1974.
On July 13, 2014, the Adair County Sheriff’s office requested OSBI assistance to investigate the homicide of WAYNE LEE WENNERHOLM. As the investigation progressed, JAMES DOUGLAS MANKEN was identified as the suspect in this homicide case.
On July 14, 2014, an Adair County District Court arrest warrant for First Degree Murder was issued for MANKEN’S arrest in this case. Law enforcement authorities have, to this point, been unable to locate JAMES DOUGLAS MANKEN.
