Scott Chandler, City Engineer for the City of Jackson, has approved, the temporary road closure of one-lane and the sidewalk of Main Street (in front of the Courthouse) from Highland Avenue to Liberty Street, to begin on Friday, August 1, 2014, at 6:00 a.m. through Monday, August 11, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. The closure is to bring in heavy equipment to repair the statue on the courthouse lawn.
