Full Notification

Due to power lines down across Highway 85, CHP has shut down Northbound 85 at Homestead and Southbound 85 at Fremont. Therefore, all of Highway 85 traffic is being diverted onto Homestead and Fremont. Residents are being advised of significant traffic increases in this area. It is anticipated that the freeway will be shut down for the next 1-2 hours. An updated advisory message will be sent out when the freeway has been opened.
