On 7/26/2014 at approximately 03:00 hours the Burlington Police Department received a report that a resident of a South Willard Street apartment returned home to find a suspect removing property from one of the apartment windows. When confronted by the resident, the suspect fled the scene with the property.
The suspect was described as a white male, 18-25 years old, app. 6’ tall, with a beard and light brown hair. The suspect was reportedly wearing a navy blue shirt and shorts.
