#LASD Seeking Information Related to Child Annoyance Case in South Whittier

Norwalk Station Detective Bureau is requesting public assistance in identifying an individual who has been annoying girls in their early teens. A composite sketch was recently developed and has been provided in hopes someone recognizes the individual.

During March and April of 2014, an adult male was regularly following teens walking home from school in the area of Carmenita Road and Lakeland Road in Unincorporated South Whittier. While following the girls he would persistently offer to give them rides in his vehicle.

Person of Interest:
Male White or Hispanic, between the ages of 30 and 40 years old, with a thin build, short hair, and acne marks on his face.

Vehicle:
White coupe likely to be a Nissan or Infiniti.
