APD seeking the public’s help in locating suspect in felony graffiti offenses in Arlington
The Arlington Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a suspect believed to be involved in committing several graffiti offenses in Arlington. Back in early July, the suspect was connected to a graffiti offense at a church located in the 3400 block of West Interstate Highway 20. Additional investigation also revealed that the suspect was connected to another graffiti offense at a school located in the 3300 block of Pimlico Drive. The suspect is alleged to have spray painted letters with black and orange paint. There were other locations that also contained graffiti such as utility boxes, garage doors, and even a vehicle.
Based upon the unfolding investigation, detectives have secured felony arrest warrants for Trevor Zane Collinsworth, a seventeen-year-old with ties to both Arlington and White Settlement. He is described as 5’08” tall, 140 pounds, brown hair, and blue eyes. He is also known by the nickname, “Diesel,” and could be anywhere in Tarrant County. There is a possibility that additional charges could be added once cost estimates are received from homeowners on the damages to other citizen’s property that have been reported in the I.H. 20 and Park Springs corridor.
Detectives have been unsuccessful in locating him after checking several locations that he has ties to. If Mr. Collinsworth’s whereabouts are known, please contact your local police department. Do not approach the suspect. A recent social media image of the suspect has been attached. You can also contact Tarrant County Crime Stoppers at 817-469-TIPS. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
