Shelby Wainwright was sentenced to 10 years probation, $1000.00 fine, 180 hours of community service and the Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility in November, 2013 on 2 counts of Felony 1 Aggravated Assault Against Public Servant. Wainwright has been Unsuccessfully Discharged from the SAFPF program due to Non-Compliance which generated a Motion to Revoke Probation Warrant. Wainwright was transferred back to Trinity County Wednesday, July 23rd, on this warrant by Deputy Wright.
